The hotel feels a bit isolated, with only a mini complex across the street offering a cash machine and some shops. Also, navigating the remote gatehouse can be a hassle each time you head to or from the hotel, and the room door and light controls can be a bit finicky, which might be frustrating if you're in a hurry.

i had an amazing stay in my king room with view that provided breathtaking mornings, and the hotel's close proximity to the jardin botanico elo y valenzuela made it easy for me to enjoy leisurely walks and scenic views without traveling far. the staff was incredibly friendly, which made my experience even better, but the wifi was a bit unreliable at times during my visit.

We booked a king room with a view for 3 nights, and while the city sights were awesome, the room was in bad shape with flickering lights. The staff was super friendly at breakfast, serving great pastries. Unfortunately, the overall upkeep could use some serious work.
